Once they run out of Oil, everyone will leave that city.
dubai focusing on investments and trade not oil,
if that day came, i think that the city will be naturally covered with sands not trees
@Poly – Yeah, Dubai’s economic growth was originally built on the back of the oil and natural gas industry, but it’s all construction, real estate, and tourism now.

the artistic quality of this piece is amazing, however, it is very much unrealistic , for a very simple reason.. dubai would WISH to be that green at some point, man, its in the middle of the DESERT.. so a deserted dubai would pretty much be covered in yellow sand with the sun beating so hard down on it that it returns to being unihabitable..
but again, nice work.
